Our class, in our words:

Being in Hedgehog class is FUN!

We love learning and in particular, we really like P.E., Science, art and outdoor learning. We can be so creative in Hedgehog Class and we have the best teachers. We are a team and we work together. We loved building our outdoor shelters that was the best.  We also loved building our taxi cars, as that was so much fun. We get to go on school trips too! Arundel Castle has been our best trip. We had a workshop, we dressed up and saw old fashioned armour. We also climbed to the top of the Keep and saw amazing views. 

Homework:

In year 2, the children receive a weekly Maths task.

Both year groups, receive weekly spellings which are tested the following Monday. These are based on the Year 1 key spellings and sounds and Year 2 key spellings and their class spelling rule.

Reading journals are collected in every Monday on a weekly basis.
